Dean & Dean Construction Ltd specialises in building and delivering brand new residential homes of quality in the Cambridge area – whether that be in the city centre itself, its suburbs or its surrounding villages and market towns.

Our client portfolio sees us working with developers to bring forward, construct and complete speculative residential developments and also with private householders on bespoke, one-off, architect-designed commissions for family homes and residences of note.
