Vinery Place saw us working, once more, for developer client Identified Developments and, once again, we were working on one of its Cambridge city centre sites.

We were entrusted to take this scheme forward from the planning stage on a Design & Build contract.  We dealt with all aspects from discharge of planning conditions through to the final handover to the new homeowners.

A high-end materials palette was utilised to ensure the properties were not only aesthetically pleasing but also were low maintenance and would give longevity.

Vineyard Place is a showcase for what we are known for when it comes to new developments on city centre sites.

We tune in to the developer’s vision to maximise the value of its investment to produce high specification, top quality contemporary residences.  The result is a new homes development for those among us who want to live well and comfortably in a modern city centre setting.
