The client was MPM Properties Ltd, a well-respected local developer and we were appointed following a competitive tender on a Design & Build contract.

The site is on one of the main arterial access roads in to Cambridge city centre from the south. The development was constructed on the site of a former petrol filling station with historic contamination issues.

Piled foundations led the way to a traditional construction and appearance above.  Modern techniques included separating floors and walls, renewable energy solutions and complex service and drainage installations.

A challenging development which profiled our technical expertise and the value of good working relationships in order to fulfil a client’s brief.
