Identified Developments is a long term developer client of ours.  We have worked on all of its developments in Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire.

Cambridge City Council’s planning policy for new development in this part of the city saw Greengates Court having to be a car-free scheme.  The three storey block of 15 apartments was designed and built for rental occupation tenure.

In building apartment blocks there are technical aspects to consider which do not figure on sites with houses – ventilation, sprinkler systems and fire escape strategies and acoustic requirements are, quite rightly, highly regulated.  Fortunately for our clients, we have both the knowledge and the expertise to ensure compliance.

Mains and utilities services on site pose a particular set of challenges when it comes to constructing apartment blocks.  Greengates Court was no exception.

The project was, once again, delivered on time and on budget for the client who was pleased to add the block to its existing portfolio.

Greengates Court helped us consolidate our body of knowledge of the different skill sets required in approaching and constructing apartment blocks.
