Leckhampton Gardens was very much a ‘statement’ executive-style development by client Identified Developments in one of Cambridge city’s most desirable – and most expensive – residential areas.

The development was a prototype in terms of construction and, arguably, led the way for future new-builds in the city.

It is an award winning development.  It was the winner of the ‘Best Small New Housing Development’ in the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Awards in the year it was completed and we were awarded a Cambridge City Council Considerate Contractor’s Award for the scheme.

The attention to detail, build quality and setting were rewarded by all four residences selling in excess of their guide prices within 10 days of being launched to the market.

Leckhampton Gardens was a lovely development to build and a showcase for what we can do on a virgin site.  It’s part of our portfolio of very large detached houses of which we are extremely proud.
